Groundbreaking of the Mulan Marine Maritime Education Building at National Taiwan Ocean University

On October 30, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Mulan Marine Maritime Education Building of the National Taiwan Ocean University. The groundbreaking was the culmination of eight years of careful planning, deliberation, and attaining the proper licensing. The building consists of eight floors and has a total floor space of nearly 5000 square meters. The completion of the building would not have been possible without the generosity and leadership of Foremost Group’s Founder Dr. James S.C. Chao and family.  Dr. Chao is the founder of the Ruth Mulan Chu Chao Foundation and founder of the “Ruth Mulan Chu Chao Scholarship,” which provides National Taiwan Ocean University students with opportunities to study in the U.S.
